We are looking for reliable suppliers of alkalized cocoa powder in dark brown with husk grade (10–12% fat). The product should meet the following criteria:
Requirements
- Fine dark brown powder with husk –
- Fat content 10–12%
- pH 6.7–7.5
- Moisture ≤ 5%
- Fineness ≥ 99% through 200 mesh
- Halal Certified
- Non-GMO, edible grade
- Meets microbiological standards (low yeast/mold, negative for Salmonella and E. coli)
Packaging Needed
25 kg, 3-ply craft paper bags.
