We are looking for qualified suppliers who can provide alkalized cocoa powder in dark brown grade. The product must meet the specifications below:
Requirements
- Fat content: 10–12%
- Moisture: ≤ 5%
- pH (10% solution): 6.7–7.5
- Free Husk / Ash content: ≤ 10%
- Fineness: ≥ 99% passing 200 mesh
- Total plate count: ≤ 5,000 cfu/g
- Yeast/Mold: < 50 cfu/g
- Halal Certified
- Non-GMO, edible grade
- Meets microbiological standards (low yeast/mold, negative for Salmonella and E. coli)
Packaging Needed
25 kg, 3-ply craft paper bags.
Application
The product will be used for food and beverage production, including bakery, confectionery, chocolate-based ingredients, and beverage mixes. Consistent color, proper alkalization, and stable performance are essential.
